What's Included in a Deep Cleaning?

A TidyWay deep clean covers everything a standard clean does — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, surfaces and floors — plus the interior and detail work a routine visit isn’t scoped to reach: inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, deep grout cleaning, light fixtures, vents, and baseboards detail-scrubbed throughout the entire home. It’s one fixed checklist, not a vague “extra thorough” version of a regular clean.

Here is the same checklist broken down by area before the room-by-room detail below. Every deep clean covers all six rows — nothing here is optional or upsold separately.

The kitchen gets the full standard-clean list, plus every interior a deep clean adds:

• Sink, backsplash and countertops cleaned
• Cabinet fronts and handles wiped down
• Stovetop and fan cleaned
• Oven and fridge exteriors cleaned
• Microwave cleaned inside and out
• Oven interior cleaned, including racks
• Fridge/freezer interior cleaned, including shelves and drawers
• Dishwasher interior and exterior cleaned
• Interior of all cabinets wiped down, including shelves (if empty)
• Fixtures polished (sink, faucet, etc.)

Bathrooms get the detail work a standard clean isn’t scoped to include:

• Toilet cleaned and sanitized (bowl, seat, exterior and base)
• Sink, vanity and mirrors cleaned
• Fixtures polished (faucets, showerhead, etc.)
• Cabinet fronts and handles wiped down
• Grout deep cleaned — thoroughly, not a full restoration
• Tub/shower drains cleaned
• All tile walls wiped down

• Bed made (linens changed if clean sheets are left out)
• Light tidying and straightening of the room
• All accessible surfaces and furniture dusted
• Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted
• Vents cleaned and dusted
• Baseboards detail cleaned and scrubbed
• Floors mopped, swept and vacuumed

• Cushions, blankets and visible clutter tidied
• All accessible surfaces and furniture dusted
• Shelves and bookcases dusted
• Electronics dusted (TVs, monitors, etc.)
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed

These items repeat in every room of a deep clean, not just the ones already listed above — they’re what makes a deep clean a whole-home reset rather than a longer kitchen-and-bathroom visit:
