The newer two-storey family homes around Masonville, Sunningdale and Hyde Park tend to be big on square footage — open-concept mains, second-floor laundry, and three or four bathrooms. Recurring bi-weekly cleaning is the most common request up here, and being close to Masonville Place, Western and University Hospital means we can usually work around shift schedules.

Old North and Woodfield are full of century homes — original hardwood, deep baseboards, ornate trim and older tile that needs a gentler hand and more time than a new build. Downtown is the opposite problem: condos and apartments where the real work is coordinating fob access, visitor parking and the service elevator. We handle both, and we plan for the difference.

Byron and Oakridge are largely established bungalows and split-levels, often with finished lower levels that add a full extra floor to the job. Backing onto Springbank Park and the Coves means muddy paws and tracked-in trail dirt are a recurring reality out here, so entryways, stairs and hard floors get extra attention on every visit.

Wortley Village and Old South mix restored heritage houses with rentals and duplexes, so no two cleans on the same street look alike. Further south, White Oaks, Lambeth and Summerside are family subdivisions where weekly and bi-weekly recurring service is the norm — kids, pets, and a kitchen that sees three meals a day.

Old East Village has some of the oldest housing stock in the city, and a lot of it has been split into units or brought back one room at a time. Around Fanshawe College we do a steady volume of move-out cleaning each spring and again in late summer, when leases turn over and landlords expect the unit handed back spotless.
